Looks like 30 Rock's Liz Lemon won't have any adventures in babysitting any time soon. Though series star Jane Krakowski is expecting a bundle of joy, her on-screen character won't be decorating a nursery any time soon. Krakowski's pregnancy will not be written into the NBC hit. "No one thinks Jenna would be a fit mother," the actress told E!'s Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet at Sunday's Golden Globes. 30 Rock's executive producer Tina Fey agrees. [full text ]

Fire Island Pines Arts Project presents its summer season of performances including cabaret, concerts and a film series. The first concert of the season will feature Tony Award Winner Jane Krakowski on June 12. Krakowski will perform in Whyte Hall at the Brandon Fradd Theatre, the concert will begin at 9pm. Emmy nominated Jane Krakowski currently stars as "Jenna Maroney" in NBC's Emmy Award-winning "30 Rock," a workplace comedy where the workplace exists behind-the-scenes of a live variety show. Krakowski, along with the "30 Rock" cast, won the 2008 Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. She was nominated for a 2009 Emmy for the role.

Point Foundation, known as the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for LGBT students of merit, will soon be giving out awards instead. On April 19, the group will host its annual New Yew York benefit, Point Honors, at 584 Park Avenue. The evening will celebrate 30 Rock star and Tony Award Winner, Jane Krakowski and author, political strategist, and civil rights activist, David Mixner. Krakowski will receive the Point Courage Award, given to an individual who has advocated for the LGBT community and dedicates themselves toward daily progress. Citi, on the other hand, will get the Point Inspiration Award in honor of a corporation calling for respect of the LGBT community and support of its talented young people. Finally, David Mixner will accept the Point Legend Award, which recognizes a person who has achieved greatness in their professional career while unapologetically supporting the LGBT community. Jane Krakowski’s engagement ring was designed entirely by her fiancι, the actress has revealed. The former Ally McBeal star said that Robert Godley had sole responsibility for the sparkler. “He designed the whole thing,” she said. “He’s a designer. It was a complete surprise, but I’m terrible at making decisions, so I’m thrilled that he designed it. I love it.” Krakowski, 41, announced her engagement to Godley last month after the clothing designer caught her off guard and proposed over Christmas. But the 30 Rock star said their wedding plans are only in the very early stages and still have a long way to go. “We haven’t made any choices yet,” she said. “We’re just collecting ideas now.” - source
