Point Foundation Will Honor Actress Jane Krakowski, Citi & David Mixner
Point Foundation, known as the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for LGBT students of merit, will soon be giving out awards instead. On April 19, the group will host its annual New Yew York benefit, Point Honors, at 584 Park Avenue. The evening will celebrate 30 Rock star and Tony Award Winner, Jane Krakowski and author, political strategist, and civil rights activist, David Mixner.
Krakowski will receive the Point Courage Award, given to an individual who has advocated for the LGBT community and dedicates themselves toward daily progress. Citi, on the other hand, will get the Point Inspiration Award in honor of a corporation calling for respect of the LGBT community and support of its talented young people. Finally, David Mixner will accept the Point Legend Award, which recognizes a person who has achieved greatness in their professional career while unapologetically supporting the LGBT community.
